Client Responsibilities

A payment or deposit does not expand the service scope beyond what has been agreed in writing.

Program Name: KJP Strategic Consulting Client Communications

Individuals who voluntarily and separately consent to SMS messaging may receive non-promotional or service-related text messages from KJP Strategic Consulting.

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to or received from KJP Strategic Consulting.

SMS Opt-Out Instructions

Recipients may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

After replying STOP, the recipient may receive a final confirmation message stating that the number has been unsubscribed. No additional SMS messages will be sent unless the recipient provides consent again.

Rejoining the SMS Program

After opting out, a person may rejoin by completing the KJP Strategic Consulting SMS opt-in process again and providing new consent.

Sending a general inquiry or providing a telephone number without selecting the separate SMS-consent option does not re-enroll a person in SMS messages.
